I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Renee. She is awesome at what she does. 5 stars!! As far as the body work done on my vehicle, I will say, I was disappointed that there was a piece of my bumper that was scraped up from the accident that was not replaced that was caused by the other party. 3 stars

I was in an accident on February 9th, which left damage to the passenger side of my vehicle. My car was still drivable, and my insurance does not cover a rental car, nor does Yark (which is where my vehicle was purchased). I can understand expecting a rental from them is maybe unrealistic, but I’m pointing it out to anyone reading this review who chooses this business and are told an estimate of time to complete the work…be prepared. I was warned that they couldn’t give me “a set time”, but when pressed i was told “normally 1-3 weeks is the usual”. Two days later i was told March 3rd. That date changed SEVEN times. I got my car on April 17th. Here’s where the frustration comes in: getting ahold of them is a challenge. Getting updates is like pulling teeth. You get automated text messages letting you know your car isn’t done. When people would ask when my car was going to be done, I LITERALLY began saying “well the date i was given will be the next time they text me and tell me the NEXT time they’ll tell me it isn’t done.” At one point in late March i was told on the phone “they are painting the door…it should be the end of the week, or early next week.” When i did not hear fro

After being hit by a driver who ran a red light at high speed, the entire experience was incredibly stressful, from the accident itself to dealing with insurance, rentals, and logistics. Yark Collision Center made everything easier. Brittany was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always responsive and kind, it truly felt like talking to someone who cared. Despite my luxury hybrid requiring special parts, the turnaround was faster than expected. When I picked up my car, it looked even better than before, spotless and beautifully restored. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Yark Collision Center.

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication I received from Yark’s Collision Center. My car was at this shop for over two months. I understand that the insurance company dragged their feet but once the check was cut, it seemed like all communication stopped with me and it took over a month for repairs. My car was dropped off January 8th and my car was not ready for pick up until March 10th. I feel that I should’ve been offered a loaner car with the amount of time that it took. My rental through the insurance company was only for thirty days and of course that time ran out. By the time the insurance company paid for the damage, I had ten days left on the rental, which I feel should’ve been enough time for my car to be repaired. I had to plan rides to and from work with different people and every time I called the body shop, my calls were not answered nor returned. I have always used Yark’s body shop with the cars that I purchased and have never been disappointed as I was this last time. I would also like to add that they did not put another Yark sticker on the back of my car and under the name BLAZER , that they put back on… there is a small white chip that looks like was

We had a miscommunication when I took my car in for the estimate. I was told that the emblem was attached to the grill so the grill needed replacing. Then when I get my car back it has the same emblem with the red paint on it. Now I’m told it’s not attached to the grill and that my grill was broken but I never seen anything broken on my grill. So honestly I don’t know if they replaced or not because I didn’t see anything wrong with mine. But otherwise they did a beautiful job. I paid my deductible and hopefully my insurance will cover the rest.
